You are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 7 days of your initial booking, provided that the consultation or service has not yet been initiated or delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Consultation Services: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time within the 7-day window, a full refund will be processed.
  • Digital Products/Plans: Refunds are applicable only if the digital plan or report has not been shared or downloaded.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refund requests made after 7 days of booking.
  • Services that have already been fully rendered (e.g., completed consultation sessions).
  • Partial completion of customized financial plans where work has already commenced.

5. Processing Refunds
Once approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-7 working days.
