Taboo for Psychological Counselling

Hamare samaj mein ek purani aur galat dharna ghar kar gayi hai ki “Counselling” ya “Therapy” ki zaroorat sirf unhe hoti hai jo “pagal” hain ya jo mansik roop se kamzor hain. Is taboo (samajik buraai) ki wajah se lakho log apne darr, confusion aur ghutan ko andar hi dabaye rakhte hain. Lekin sachai isse bilkul ulat hai. Psychological counselling koi bimari ka ilaj maatra nahi hai, balki ye ek insaan ke True aur Real Potential ko explore karne ka sabse shaktishali tool hai.

Taboo ko Todna: Counselling Kamzori Nahi, Taaqat Hai
Society mein aksar mansik swasthya (mental health) ko ek kalank mana jata hai. Agar koi kahe ki wo counsellor ke paas ja raha hai, toh log use hamdardi ya shaq ki nazar se dekhte hain. Humein ye samajhna hoga ki jaise hum apne sharir ko fit rakhne ke liye gym jate hain ya dietitian se milte hain, waise hi apne dimaag ko fit aur sharp rakhne ke liye counsellor se milna ek samajhdari bhara kadam hai. Counselling lena is baat ka sabut hai ki aap apne jeevan ko behtar banane ke liye gambhir (serious) hain aur aapme apne sach ka samna karne ki himmat hai.

Real Potential ko Explore Karne ka Zariya
Har insaan ke andar ek adbhut kshamta (potential) hoti hai, lekin aksar wo “Limiting Beliefs,” bachpan ke traumas, aur samajik dabav ke niche dabi rehti hai. Psychological counselling in parton (layers) ko hatane ka kaam karti hai.

  1. Self-Awareness (Aatm-Gyan): Counselling ke zariye aap ye samajhte hain ki aap kisi khaas tarah se kyun sochte ya behave karte hain. Jab aapko apne darr aur apni taaqat ki asli wajah pata chalti hai, toh aap apne decisions zyada clarity ke saath le paate hain.
  2. Emotional Intelligence: Apne jazbaat ko samajhna aur unhe control karna hi asli safalata ki kunji hai. Counselling aapko sikhati hai ki kaise gusse, darr aur tanav ko apni rukavat banne ke bajaye apni seedhi (ladder) banayein.
  3. Breaking Patterns: Hum sab anjane mein kuch galat patterns mein fase hote hain—chahe wo career mein baar-baar fail hona ho ya rishton mein wahi galtiyan dohrana. Counselling in patterns ko todkar aapko naye aur behtar raste dikhati hai.

Potential se Performance tak ka Safar
Ek athlete ke paas bhi coach hota hai, isliye nahi ki wo khelna nahi jaanta, balki isliye taaki wo apni performance ko “Peak” par le ja sake. Psychological counselling wahi “Mental Coaching” hai. Ye aapko aapke “Comfort Zone” se bahar nikaalti hai aur aapko us “Version” se milwati hai jo shayad aapne khud bhi kabhi nahi dekha tha.

Jab aapka dimaag clear hota hai aur aap andar se shaant hote hain, toh aapka focus badhta hai, aapki creativity nikal kar bahar aati hai aur aap career ho ya personal life, har jagah excel karte hain.

Nishkarsh (Conclusion)
Waqt aa gaya hai ki hum counselling ko “bimari ke ilaj” ke chashme se dekhna band karein aur ise “Personal Growth aur Excellence” ka ek anivarya (essential) hissa maanein. Counselling lena koi sharm ki baat nahi, balki ek nishani hai ki aap apne real potential ko unlock karne ke liye taiyar hain. Apne dimaag ki gehrayion ko explore karein, kyunki wahan wo “Asli Aap” chhupa hai jo duniya badalne ki taaqat rakhta hai.
